The patented EgeeTouch® smart lockout tagout padlock revolutionizes conventional keyed LOTO locks by providing a single solution that replaces multiple locks, enhancing the management of operational activities across various field sites. Designed for both indoor and outdoor use, this smart LOTO lock features Bluetooth connectivity and multiple layers of access codes specifically for lockout tagout purposes, enabling the management of multiple tagout authorizations remotely, anytime and anywhere. The padlock incorporates state-of-the-art dual intelligent proximity and remote authorization technologies, which improve productivity and reduce operational costs with multiple high-security assignment levels, revocation, tag-out authorization, notifications, and user access tracking. It supports up to 8 levels of administrator authorization and can generate several hundred thousand user-defined encrypted IDs, using proprietary authentication protocols. Users can unlock the EgeeTouch® mini padlock by pressing a code on the entry pad or pairing it with any Bluetooth-enabled smartphone (Apple & Android) or smartwatch (Apple Watch and Samsung Gear S2/3), eliminating the need for a conventional key. The system allows for easy remote assignment or restriction of access and tag-out authorization, while all authorized lock-out and tag-out personnel are visible in the accompanying app or software, ensuring transparency for all parties involved. The access historical records provide comprehensive information, including an audit trail that displays the time, date, and location of each object managed.
