SpeedCell® is a dynamic, high-density storage solution designed to maximize warehouse space, enhance order picking speed, and improve accuracy by utilizing existing standard pallet racking. This solution compresses 200 feet of rack or shelving into 40 feet of organized space, leading to reduced travel and seek times during order pulling and restocking. The columns are made from high-strength industrial textiles that are flame resistant and resistant to mold and rust. They are suspended from a patented steel track system made from pre-galvanized steel, compatible with any pallet rack beams. Each cell features a unique location label holder for easy product identification and allows for ergonomic access, minimizing the need for deep bending, stretching, or step stools. The SpeedCell® ready bay includes SpeedCell® columns available in sizes XS to XXL, a pre-assembled steel set suspension system, Unex®-supplied racking, and a wire deck. Key features include a 40-60% increase in storage density, up to a 40% reduction in labor costs, and the ability to operate in temperatures ranging from -20°F to 180°F (-29°C to 82°C). The columns are hung using high-strength webbing for added durability, while the SpeedCell® material consists of 13 oz. no-fray vinyl with interwoven mesh for superior strength, and the cell base is supported by 2000GSM corrugated plastic. Each column has a weight capacity of 140 lbs and each cell location can support 35 lbs.
