SpeedCell® is a dynamic, high-density storage solution designed for maximizing warehouse space, increasing order-picking speed, and enhancing accuracy by utilizing existing space within standard pallet racking. This innovative system compresses 200 feet of rack or shelving into just 40 feet of organized storage. It features columns made of high-strength industrial textiles that are mold-resistant, rust-resistant, and flame-resistant, suspended from a patented steel track system made of pre-galvanized steel, which integrates seamlessly with any type of pallet rack beams. Each storage "cell" includes a unique location label holder for easy product identification, accommodating various picking methodologies, whether basic paper-based or advanced WMS/WCS setups. The design allows columns to slide side-to-side, facilitating access to rear columns, while each location is ergonomically designed to minimize deep bending, stretching, or the need for step stools. The SpeedCell® ready bay kit includes SpeedCell® columns available in six standard sizes (XS - XXL), a pre-assembled steel set suspension system, Unex®-supplied racking, and a wire deck. Key features include a storage density increase of 40-60%, potential labor cost reductions of up to 40%, and an operating temperature range of -20°F to 180°F (-29°C to 82°C). The SpeedCell® material is composed of 13 oz. no-fray vinyl with an interwoven mesh for enhanced strength, supported by a 2000GSM corrugated plastic cell base, with a weight capacity of 175 lbs per column and 35 lbs per cell location.
