SpeedCell® can compress 200' of rack or shelving into 40' of highly organized space, which translates to more pick facings and greater SKU density, resulting in less travel time and seek time while pulling orders and restocking locations. The columns, made of high-strength industrial textiles, are resistant to mold and rust, and are flame resistant. They are suspended from a patented steel track system manufactured from pre-galvanized steel, integrating seamlessly into any type of pallet rack beams. Each cell features a unique location label holder for easy product identification, compatible with basic paper picking or advanced WMS/WCS for both non-directed and directed put away and picking. Columns slide side-to-side for rear access, and are ergonomically designed to minimize deep bending and stretching. The SpeedCell® ready bay includes columns in your choice of size, a pre-assembled steel set suspension system, Unex®-supplied racking, and wire deck. Key features include a 40-60% increase in storage density, up to 40% reduction in labor costs, and an operational temperature range of -20°F to 180°F (-29°C to 82°C). The SpeedCell® material consists of 13 oz. no-fray vinyl with an interwoven mesh for superior strength, while the cell base is supported by 2000GSM corrugated plastic. The weight capacity is 240 lbs per column and 24 lbs per cell location.
