SpeedCell® is a dynamic, high-density storage solution designed to maximize warehouse space, streamline order picking, and enhance accuracy by utilizing existing space within standard pallet racking. The system compresses 200 feet of rack or shelving into just 40 feet of organized space, resulting in reduced travel and seek times during order fulfillment and restocking. The columns, made from high-strength industrial textiles, are resistant to mold and rust, and are flame resistant, suspended from a patented steel track system constructed of pre-galvanized steel that easily integrates into various pallet rack beams. Each "cell" features a unique location label holder, simplifying product location whether using basic paper picking or advanced warehouse management systems (WMS) for directed put away and picking. The columns can slide side-to-side for convenient access to rear columns, and the design is ergonomically optimized to minimize deep bending, stretching, or the need for step stools. The SpeedCell® ready bay includes SpeedCell® columns available in six standard sizes (XS to XXL), a pre-assembled steel suspension system, Unex®-supplied racking, and a wire deck. Key specifications include an operating temperature range of -20°F to 180°F (-29°C to 82°C), a weight capacity of 240 lbs per column and 12 lbs per cell location, and a cell base supported by 2000GSM corrugated plastic. The SpeedCell® material comprises 13 oz. no-fray vinyl with an interwoven mesh for superior strength and durability.
