The columns, made of high-strength industrial textiles, are resistant to mold and rust, and are flame resistant, suspended from a patented steel track system manufactured from pre-galvanized steel that works with any pallet rack beams. Each "cell" features a unique location label holder for easy product identification, whether using basic paper picking or advanced WMS/WCS for put-away and picking operations. The columns slide easily side-to-side for access to rear columns and are ergonomically designed to minimize the need for deep bending, stretching, or step stools. The SpeedCell® ready bay includes SpeedCell® columns available in your choice of size, a pre-assembled steel set suspension system, Unex®-supplied racking, and a wire deck. The system increases storage density by 40-60%, reduces labor costs by up to 40%, and transforms space into usable storage. It accommodates various SKUs in less space, enhancing efficiency, and is offered in six standard column sizes ranging from XS to XXL. The system operates effectively in temperatures ranging from -20°F to 180°F (-29°C to 82°C), and is designed with columns hung from the suspension system using high-strength webbing for durability. The SpeedCell® material is 13 oz. no-fray vinyl with an interwoven mesh for superior strength, supported by a 2000GSM corrugated plastic cell base, and has a weight capacity of 210 lbs per column and 35 lbs per cell location.
