SpeedCell® can compress 200 feet of rack or shelving into 40 feet of highly organized space, resulting in more pick facings and greater SKU density, which equates to reduced travel and seek times when pulling orders and restocking locations. The columns are made from high-strength industrial textiles that are resistant to mold and rust, as well as flame resistant. These columns are suspended from a patented steel track system made from pre-galvanized steel, compatible with any type of pallet rack beams. Each "cell" features a unique location label holder for easy product identification, whether employing basic paper picking methodologies or advanced warehouse management systems for directed or non-directed put away and picking. The columns can slide side-to-side to provide access to rear columns, and each location is ergonomically designed to minimize the need for deep bending, stretching, or the use of step stools. The SpeedCell® Ready Bay includes SpeedCell® columns available in various sizes, a pre-assembled steel set suspension system, Unex®-supplied racking, and a wire deck. Key features include an increase in storage density by 40-60%, reduction in labor costs by up to 40%, and the capability to transform space into usable storage with more SKUs in less space for enhanced efficiency. The system is offered in six standard column sizes ranging from XS to XXL, with an operating temperature range of -20°F to 180°F (-29°C to 82°C). The columns are constructed from 13 oz. no-fray vinyl with an interwoven mesh for superior strength, and the cell base is supported by 2000GSM corrugated plastic, with a weight capacity of 175 lbs per column and 35 lbs per cell location.
