The columns, made of high-strength industrial textiles that resist mold and rust and are flame resistant, are suspended from a patented steel track system made of pre-galvanized steel, compatible with any pallet rack beams. Each column includes a unique location label holder for easy product identification, whether using basic paper picking methods or advanced WMS/WCS for directed put away and picking. The design ensures that columns can slide side-to-side for access, and the ergonomic layout minimizes the need for deep bending, stretching, or step stools. The SpeedCell® ready bay includes SpeedCell® columns available in six standard sizes (XS - XXL), a pre-assembled steel set suspension system, UNEX®-supplied racking, and wire deck. Key attributes include a storage density increase of 40-60%, labor cost reduction up to 40%, and an operational temperature range of -20°F to 180°F (-29°C to 82°C). The columns support a weight capacity of 175 lbs per column and 35 lbs per cell location, utilizing 13 oz. no-fray vinyl material with interwoven mesh for superior strength and a cell base supported by 2000 GSM corrugated plastic.
