Each cell features a unique location label holder for easy product identification and supports an ergonomic design that minimizes the need for bending, stretching, or using step stools. The SpeedCell® ready bay includes SpeedCell® columns available in six standard sizes (XS - XXL), a pre-assembled steel set suspension system, UNEX®-supplied racking, and a wire deck. The system enhances storage density by 40-60%, reduces labor costs by up to 40%, and is designed to operate within a temperature range of -20°F to 180°F (-29°C to 82°C). The SpeedCell® material is 13 oz. no-fray vinyl with an interwoven mesh for superior strength, while the cell base is supported by 2000GSM corrugated plastic, with a weight capacity of 240 lbs per column and 24 lbs per cell location.
