SpeedCell® is a high-density shelving solution designed to optimize space utilization within standard pallet racking, significantly enhancing pick speed and accuracy in warehouse and backroom operations. This system can consolidate 200 feet of rack or shelving into just 40 feet of organized space, providing more pick facings and greater SKU density, which subsequently reduces travel time and promotes quicker picking and restocking. The XX-Large column cell size measures 24 inches wide by 20 inches high by 19 inches deep, accommodating four cell locations per column. Advantages include a 40-60% increase in storage density and up to 40% reduction in labor costs, transforming unused space into efficient storage while increasing the number of SKUs stored. The SpeedCell® system is available in six standard column sizes ranging from XS to XXL, features an ergonomic design, operates within an environment of -20°F to 180°F (-29°C to 82°C), and is resistant to flame and mold. The storage capacity for each cell is up to 35 lbs, while each column can hold up to 240 lbs. The product is backed by a 5-year warranty. Suitable applications include picking operations for slow to medium moving inventory, small parts, loose items, and returns, with a closed back style and configurations of three to four, and a front style featuring a front lip.
