This system can compress 200' of rack or shelving into just 40' of organized space, allowing for a greater number of pick facings and increased SKU density, which results in reduced travel time and faster order fulfillment. The large column cell size is 18"W x 16"H x 12"D, accommodating five cell locations per column. SpeedCell® can increase storage density by 40-60% and reduce labor costs by up to 40% while transforming available space into usable storage for more SKUs. The solution is offered in six standard column sizes from XS to XXL, is ergonomically designed, and operates within a temperature range of -20°F to 180°F (-29°C to 82°C). It is also resistant to flame and mold, with a storage capacity of up to 35 lbs per cell and 240 lbs per column. This system is backed by a 5-year warranty and is suitable for various applications, including picking operations, slow to medium-moving inventory, small parts, loose items, and returns.
