The Max-Lift is a high-quality scissor lift table designed to reduce awkward bending and lifting, thereby minimizing the risk of back injuries and enhancing productivity. It offers a capacity range of 2,000 to 6,000 lb and features a vertical travel range of 24" to 60", making it suitable for a wide variety of applications. Key features of the Max-Lift include Zerk fittings on cam roller and pivot points for easy servicing, a 15-minute intermittent duty motor capable of operation for 15 minutes each hour, and trapped rollers that secure top and base leg rollers for maintenance accessibility. Additionally, it is equipped with Teflon seals that prolong cylinder life by reducing friction, an internally mounted 1.5 HP 460-3-60 intermittent duty TENV super torque motor, and a NEMA constant pressure magnet-backed up-down push button control station with a 10' power cord. The lift table also incorporates cylinders with internal stops, integral safety restraint maintenance bars, S.A.E. hoses and fittings, and NEMA-1 prewired controls with a control box containing a contactor, control transformer, thermal overload, and fuse. The hydraulic system features a hard chrome plated hydraulic cylinder piston rod, an internal gear pump with check valve, relief valve, and solenoid valve, and is provided with hydraulic oil and a filter. The smooth steel top is finished with safety yellow and blue enamel, complemented by yellow and black safety strips.
