The Transforming Technologies TX4000 ESD Cleanroom Garment System is specifically designed for mobile users operating in controlled environments, providing essential protection against the primary source of contamination: people. This ESD-safe integrated cleanroom wear features a TX4000 ESD grid fabric composed of 99% polyester and 1% carbon, ensuring effective static control. The system includes a three-layer ESD rubber soft sole made from non-marking rubber for both the inside and outside, complemented by a Hypalon sidewall for durability. It offers a combination of 1" elastic and webbing at the top of the closure with a snap adjustment for a secure fit. The garment comes equipped with a replaceable 18" internal ground ribbon attachment, with an option for a 24" long ground ribbon available for boots. Internal snaps facilitate electrical connection to the coverall and ground ribbon, while color-coded straps indicate size. Designed for reusability and laundering, this system complies with ISO cleanroom standards, specifically ISO 6 (Class 1000), and meets the necessary requirements for ANSI/ESD S20.20 and STM9.1. The footwear also features resistive characterization to further enhance safety and performance in cleanroom applications.
