The Transforming Technologies TX4000 ESD cleanroom garment system is designed for mobile users in controlled environments, providing essential protection against contamination and static, which are primarily introduced by people. This ESD-safe integrated cleanroom wear features TX4000 ESD grid fabric composed of 99% polyester and 1% carbon, ensuring effective static control. The footwear includes a three-layer ESD rubber soft sole made from non-marking rubber, complemented by a Hypalon side wall. The convenient combination of 1-inch elastic and webbing at the top of the closure allows for snap adjustment, and a replaceable 18-inch internal ground ribbon attachment is included, with an option for a 24-inch long ground ribbon for boots. Internal snaps enable electrical connection to the coverall and ground ribbon, while color-coded straps indicate size. This system is reusable and launderable, compliant with ISO cleanroom standards ISO 6 (class 1000) and meets the requirements of ANSI/ESD S20.20 and STM9.1. The footwear also features resistive characterization, ensuring reliable performance in controlled environments.
