The TX4000 ESD cleanroom garment system includes an ESD hard sole boot with ground ribbons, specifically designed for mobile users in controlled environments focused on static control. This system offers protection from the primary source of contamination and static in cleanrooms: people. The garment features TX4000 ESD grid fabric composed of 99% polyester and 1% carbon, along with a PSTAT ESD hard sole reinforced with twill and a Hypalon side wall. It also includes a combination of a 1" elastic and webbing at the top of the closure with snap adjustment, and a replaceable 18" internal ground ribbon attachment, with an optional 24" long ground ribbon available for boots. Internal snaps allow for electrical connection to coveralls and ground ribbons, and color-coded straps indicate size. The boots are reusable and launderable, compliant with ISO cleanroom standards ISO 6 (Class 1000), and meet the standards required for ANSI/ESD S20.20 and STM9.1 for footwear resistive characterization.
