The Transforming Technologies TX4000 ESD cleanroom garment system is specifically designed for mobile users in controlled environments, providing protection from contamination and static, the leading sources of issues in cleanrooms. Made from TX4000 ESD grid fabric composed of 99% polyester and 1% carbon, the system includes a three-layer ESD rubber soft sole that is non-marking both inside and outside, complemented by a durable Hypalon side wall. The garment features a combination of 1" elastic and webbing at the top of the closure, which has a snap adjustment for a secure fit. Included is a replaceable 18" internal ground ribbon attachment, with an optional 24" long ground ribbon available for boots. Internal snaps enable electrical connection to the coverall and ground ribbon, while color-coded straps clearly denote size. The garment is reusable and launderable, compliant with ISO cleanroom standards (ISO 6, Class 1000), and meets the requirements for ANSI/ESD S20.20 and STM9.1. Additionally, the footwear offers resistive characterization to further mitigate static electricity risks.
