The Transforming Technologies TX4000 ESD cleanroom garment system is specifically designed for mobile users in controlled environments, providing essential protection against contamination and static produced by individuals. This ESD-safe integrated cleanroom wear features a TX4000 ESD grid fabric composed of 99% polyester and 1% carbon, along with a three-layer ESD rubber soft sole that is non-marking both inside and outside. The garment includes a Hypalon side wall and a combination of 1" elastic and webbing at the top of the closure, with snap adjustment. Additionally, it comes with a replaceable 18" internal ground ribbon attachment, while a 24" long ground ribbon is available for boots. Internal snaps allow for electrical connection to the coverall and ground ribbon, and color-coded straps indicate size. The TX4000 system is reusable and launderable, compliant with ISO cleanroom standards (ISO 6, Class 1000), and meets the requirements for ANSI/ESD S20.20 and STM9.1 standards. The footwear also features resistive characterization.
