The Transforming Technologies TX4000 ESD cleanroom garment system is designed for mobile users in controlled environments, providing essential protection against contamination and static, which are critical concerns in cleanrooms. This garment system features TX4000 ESD grid fabric composed of 99% polyester and 1% carbon, along with a three-layer ESD rubber soft sole that is non-marking on both the inside and outside. The shoes are equipped with a durable Hypalon side wall and a combination of 1" elastic and webbing at the top of the closure, featuring snap adjustment for a secure fit. A replaceable 18" internal ground ribbon attachment is included, with an option for a 24" long ground ribbon available for boots, while internal snaps facilitate electrical connection to both the coverall and ground ribbon. Size is easily identifiable with color-coded straps, and the system is reusable and launderable. It is compliant with ISO cleanroom standards (ISO 6 or Class 1000) and meets the requirements of ANSI/ESD S20.20 and STM9.1 for static control. The footwear also features resistive characterization, ensuring effective static management.
