The Transforming Technologies TX4000 ESD cleanroom garment system is an ESD-safe integrated cleanroom wear specifically designed for mobile users in controlled environments. This garment system protects the controlled environment from contamination and static, primarily caused by personnel, which can degrade or destroy products and equipment, as well as attract unwanted particles. The TX4000 features a TX4000 ESD grid fabric composed of 99% polyester and 1% carbon, along with a three-layer ESD rubber soft sole made of non-marking rubber both inside and outside, and a Hypalon side wall. It includes a combination of 1" elastic and webbing at the top of the closure with snap adjustment, and a replaceable 18" internal ground ribbon attachment, with an option for a 24" long ground ribbon available for boots. Internal snaps ensure electrical connection to the coverall and ground ribbon, and color-coded straps indicate size. The garment is reusable and launderable, compliant with ISO cleanroom standards (ISO 6/Class 1000), and meets the ANSI/ESD S20.20 and STM9.1 standards, with footwear resistive characterization included.
