The Transforming Technologies TX4000 ESD cleanroom garment system is designed for mobile users in controlled environments, offering essential protection against the primary sources of contamination and static in cleanrooms—people. This ESD-safe integrated cleanroom wear features TX4000 ESD grid fabric composed of 99% polyester and 1% carbon, a three-layer ESD rubber soft sole made from non-marking rubber both inside and outside, and a Hypalon side wall. The garment includes a combination of 1" elastic and webbing at the top of the closure with snap adjustment, as well as a replaceable 18" internal ground ribbon attachment, with an optional 24" long ground ribbon available for boots. Internal snaps are provided to electrically connect to the coverall and ground ribbon, and color-coded straps denote size for convenience. The TX4000 system is reusable and launderable, suitable for ISO cleanroom standards at ISO 6 (Class 1000), and meets the required standards for ANSI/ESD S20.20 and STM9.1 with resistive characterization for footwear.
