The Transforming Technologies TX4000 ESD cleanroom garment system is designed for mobile users in controlled environments, providing essential protection against contamination and static, which are primarily sourced from people. The garment features TX4000 ESD grid fabric composed of 99% polyester and 1% carbon, ensuring effective electrostatic control. It includes a three-layer ESD rubber soft sole made from non-marking rubber, both inside and outside, and a durable Hypalon side wall. The system incorporates a combination of 1" elastic and webbing at the top of the closure with snap adjustment for a secure fit. A replaceable 18" internal ground ribbon attachment is included, with an optional 24" long ground ribbon available for boots, and internal snaps allow for electrical connection to the coverall and ground ribbon. Size is easily identifiable thanks to color-coded straps, and the system is reusable and launderable. The TX4000 meets ISO cleanroom standards of ISO 6 (Class 1000) and complies with ANSI/ESD S20.20 and STM9.1 standards, also providing footwear resistive characterization.
