The TX4000 ESD Cleanroom Garment System is specifically designed to protect controlled environments from static electricity and contamination caused by mobile users. This system includes ESD hard sole boots with ground ribbons, featuring TX4000 ESD grid fabric composed of 99% polyester and 1% carbon, a Pstat ESD hard sole with twill reinforcement, and a Hypalon side wall. The boots are equipped with a combination of 1" elastic and webbing at the top of the closure, which allows for snap adjustment. An 18" internal ground ribbon attachment is included, with an optional 24" long ground ribbon available for the boots. Internal snaps facilitate electrical connections to the coverall and ground ribbon, and color-coded straps indicate size. The boots are reusable and launderable, and the system is compliant with ISO Cleanroom standards, specifically ISO 6 (Class 1000). Additionally, it meets the requirements of ANSI/ESD S20.20 and STM9.1 for footwear, ensuring resistive characterization for effective static control.
