The Transforming Technologies TX4000 ESD cleanroom garment system is an ESD-safe integrated cleanroom wear specifically designed for mobile users in controlled environments, effectively protecting these environments from contamination caused by personnel, which is the primary source of both contamination and electrostatic discharge. The garment system is constructed from TX4000 ESD grid fabric consisting of 99% polyester and 1% carbon, featuring a three-layer ESD rubber soft sole made from non-marking rubber on both the inside and outside, and a durable Hypalon side wall. It includes a combination of 1" elastic and webbing at the closure top with a snap adjustment for secure fitting, along with a replaceable 18" internal ground ribbon attachment, with an optional 24" long ground ribbon available for boots. Internal snaps allow for electrical connections to the coverall and ground ribbon, and color-coded straps indicate size for convenience. The system is reusable and launderable, compliant with ISO cleanroom standards of ISO 6 (Class 1000), and meets the necessary requirements for ANSI/ESD S20.20 and STM9.1 footwear regulations, ensuring effective resistive characterization.
