The Transforming Technologies TX4000 ESD cleanroom garment system is specifically designed for mobile users in controlled environments, offering comprehensive protection from contamination and static, which are primarily introduced by personnel. The system features TX4000 ESD grid fabric composed of 99% polyester and 1% carbon, along with a three-layer ESD rubber soft sole made of non-marking rubber on both the inside and outside. The durable Hypalon side wall enhances the structure, while a combination of 1" elastic and webbing at the top of the closure allows for snap adjustment. A replaceable 18" internal ground ribbon attachment is included, with an option for a 24" long ground ribbon available for boots. The design incorporates internal snaps that electrically connect to the coverall and ground ribbon, and color-coded straps indicate size. This garment system is reusable and launderable, complies with ISO Class 6 cleanroom standards, and meets the requirements set forth by ANSI/ESD S20.20 and STM9.1 for ESD safety. It also features footwear resistive characterization to ensure reliability and performance in cleanroom settings.
