The Transforming Technologies TX4000 ESD cleanroom garment system is an ESD-safe integrated cleanroom wear designed for mobile users in controlled environments, effectively protecting these settings from contamination and static, primarily sourced from personnel. This system features TX4000 ESD grid fabric composed of 99% polyester and 1% carbon, along with a three-layer ESD rubber soft sole made from non-marking rubber both inside and outside, and a Hypalon side wall. It incorporates a combination of 1" elastic and webbing at the top of the closure with snap adjustment for a secure fit. The kit includes a replaceable 18" internal ground ribbon attachment, with a 24" long ground ribbon available for boots, and internal snaps that allow for electrical connection to the coverall and ground ribbon. Color-coded straps denote size, and the garment is reusable and launderable. The system complies with ISO cleanroom standards, specifically ISO 6 (Class 1000), and meets the requirements for ANSI/ESD S20.20 and STM9.1, ensuring resistive characterization for footwear.
