The Transforming Technologies TX4000 ESD cleanroom garment system is specifically designed for mobile users in controlled environments, providing essential protection against contamination and static, which are primarily caused by human operators. The kit includes a TX4000 ESD grid fabric made of 99% polyester and 1% carbon, featuring a three-layer ESD rubber soft sole that is non-marking on both the inside and outside. The design incorporates a Hypalon side wall and a combination of 1" elastic and webbing at the top of the closure with snap adjustment. Additionally, it contains a replaceable 18" internal ground ribbon attachment with an option for a 24" long ground ribbon available for boots. Internal snaps are provided for electrical connection to the coverall and ground ribbon, while color-coded straps denote size. The garment is reusable and launderable, appropriate for an ISO class 6 cleanroom environment, and it meets the standards required for ANSI/ESD S20.20 and STM9.1. The footwear features resistive characterization to ensure safe usage in ESD-sensitive areas.
