The TX4000 ESD cleanroom garment system is designed specifically for mobile users in controlled environments with a focus on static control and contamination prevention. This system includes an ESD hard sole boot made from TX4000 ESD grid fabric, which consists of 99% polyester and 1% carbon, featuring a Pstat ESD hard sole reinforced with twill and a Hypalon side wall. The boots have a combination of 1" elastic and webbing at the top of the closure with snap adjustment for a secure fit. Additionally, the kit includes a replaceable 18" internal ground ribbon attachment, with a 24" long ground ribbon available for the boots. Internal snaps are provided to electrically connect to the coverall and ground ribbon, and color-coded straps denote the size for easy identification. The boots are reusable and launderable, compliant with ISO cleanroom standards of ISO 6 (Class 1000), and meet the requirements for ANSI/ESD S20.20 and STM9.1 regarding footwear. The resistive characterization of the system ensures effective control of electrostatic discharge, critical for maintaining the integrity of controlled environments.
