The Transforming Technologies TX4000 ESD cleanroom garment system includes ESD hard sole boots designed with ground ribbons for mobile users in controlled environments focused on static control. These boots feature TX4000 ESD grid fabric composed of 99% polyester and 1% carbon, along with a PSTAT ESD hard sole reinforced with twill and a Hypalon side wall. The design incorporates a combination of 1" elastic and webbing at the top of the closure with a snap adjustment for a secure fit. Each boot comes with a replaceable 18" internal ground ribbon attachment, and a 24" long ground ribbon is also available for additional options. Internal snaps facilitate electrical connection to the coverall and ground ribbon, and the color-coded straps indicate size. The boots are reusable and launderable and comply with ISO cleanroom standards, specifically ISO 6 (Class 1000). Furthermore, they meet the necessary criteria established by ANSI/ESD S20.20 and STM9.1 for footwear, and provide resistive characterization.
