Engineered to provide superior comfort and safety in cold storage and freezer environments, the Tingley® Cold Gear coverall incorporates premium heat retention technology with Thermo-Ficient™ insulation to protect you in extreme temperatures. This coverall is compliant with ANSI/ISEA 107 Type O Class 1 and CSA Z96 Class 1 Level 2 for high visibility, featuring two-tone 2" silver reflective tape for 360° conspicuity in low light conditions. The aluminum oxide Thermo-Ficient™ lining reflects up to 70% of body heat, ensuring optimal heat retention. Constructed from heavy-duty, water-repellent, abrasion, and tear-resistant 420D nylon, the coverall offers longer wear-life and an overhead shoulder design for complete freedom of movement. It includes a zipper/storm fly front with a hidden snap closure, a detachable insulated hood with a knit wind seal and throat guard, and tapered sleeve cuffs with hook and loop take-up straps. Practical elements such as one exterior left chest zipper pocket, two lined exterior handwarmer pockets, and a two-section exterior pen pocket with a clear badge holder enhance functionality. The elasticized rear waist ensures a comfortable fit, and thigh-height zippered side openings with storm flaps allow for easy on/off at each leg cuff. Additionally, the 600D heavy-duty leg cuff guards protect against wear. The coverall's seam construction features double needle stitched seams and single needle stitched hems, while the black material is made of 420D PU coated nylon (5.0 oz.). The coverall's body, sleeves, and hood are lined with Thermo-Ficient™ aluminum oxide coated 210T polyester taffeta, filled with 240g/m² fiber fill polyester.
