Engineered to provide superior comfort and safety in cold storage and freezer environments, Tingley® Cold Gear uses premium heat retention technology with Thermo-Ficient™ insulation to keep you protected in the toughest temperatures. The kit includes features such as an aluminum oxide Thermo-Ficient™ lining that reflects up to 70% of body heat for optimal retention, a heavy-duty, water-repellent, abrasion and tear-resistant 420D nylon shell material for longer wear-life, and an overhead shoulder design that allows for complete freedom of movement. It also features a zipper/storm fly front with a hidden snap closure, a detachable insulated hood designed with a knit wind seal and throat guard, and tapered sleeve cuffs with hook and loop take-up straps. For storage, there is one exterior left chest zipper pocket, two lined exterior handwarmer pockets, and a two-section exterior pen pocket located on the upper left sleeve with a clear badge holder layered on top. An elasticized rear waist provides a comfortable fit, and a thigh-height zippered side opening with a storm flap is located at each leg cuff for easy on/off. The coveralls include 600D heavy-duty leg cuff guards to prevent wear, with seam construction consisting of double needle stitched seams and single needle stitched hems. The black material is composed of 420D PU coated nylon (5.0 oz.), while the coveralls' body, sleeves, and hood are lined with Thermo-Ficient™ aluminum oxide coated 210T polyester taffeta filled with 240g/m² fiber fill polyester.
