Engineered to provide superior comfort and safety in cold storage and freezer environments, Tingley® Cold Gear utilizes premium heat retention technology with Thermo-Ficient™ insulation to ensure protection in extreme temperatures. The aluminum oxide Thermo-Ficient™ lining reflects up to 70% of body heat for optimal retention. The heavy-duty, water-repellent, abrasion and tear-resistant 420D nylon shell material ensures a longer wear life. The overhead shoulder design allows for complete freedom of movement, while the zipper/storm fly front features a hidden snap closure. A detachable insulated hood is designed with a knit wind seal and throat guard for added protection. The tapered sleeve cuff includes hook and loop take-up straps, and there is one exterior left chest zipper pocket accompanied by two lined exterior handwarmer pockets. Additionally, there are two section exterior pen pockets located on the upper left sleeve with a clear badge holder layered on top. An elasticized rear waist provides a comfortable fit, and the thigh-height zippered side opening with storm flap at each leg cuff facilitates easy on/off access. The leg cuff guards, made of 600D heavy-duty material, prevent wear. Seam construction features double needle stitched seams and single needle stitched hems. The material consists of 420D PU coated nylon (5.0 oz.) for the black exterior, while the coveralls' body, sleeves, and hood are lined with Thermo-Ficient™ aluminum oxide coated 210T polyester taffeta filled with 240g/m² fiber fill polyester.
