Engineered to provide superior comfort and safety in cold storage and freezer environments, the Tingley® Cold Gear coverall incorporates premium heat retention technology with Thermo-Ficient™ insulation to ensure protection in extreme temperatures. This coverall is ANSI/ISEA 107 Type O Class 1 and CSA Z96 Class 1 Level 2 compliant for high visibility, featuring two-tone 2" silver reflective tape for 360° conspicuity in low light conditions. The aluminum oxide Thermo-Ficient™ lining reflects up to 70% of body heat for optimal heat retention and is constructed from heavy-duty, water-repellent, abrasion and tear-resistant 420D nylon shell material for extended wear-life. The coverall design allows for complete freedom of movement with an overhead shoulder design, and includes a zipper/storm fly front with hidden snap closure, a detachable insulated hood with a knit wind seal and throat guard, and tapered sleeve cuffs with hook and loop take-up straps. It offers practical storage options with one exterior left chest zipper pocket, two lined exterior handwarmer pockets, and a two-section exterior pen pocket located on the upper left sleeve with an integrated clear badge holder. An elasticized rear waist ensures a comfortable fit, and thigh-height zippered side openings with storm flaps facilitate easy on/off at each leg cuff. The 600D heavy-duty leg cuff guards protect against wear, while the seam construction features double needle-stitched seams and single needle-stitched hems. The coverall is made of black 420D PU coated nylon (5.0 oz.) and is lined with Thermo-Ficient™ aluminum oxide coated 210T polyester taffeta filled with 240g/m² fiber fill polyester, ensuring both warmth and durability.
