Engineered to provide superior comfort and safety in cold storage and freezer environments, Tingley® Cold Gear features premium heat retention technology with Thermo-Ficient™ insulation to keep you protected in the toughest temperatures. The kit includes an ANSI/ISEA 107 Type O Class 1 compliant coverall and CSA Z96 Class 1 Level 2 compliant coverall, equipped with two-tone 2" silver reflective tape for 360° conspicuity in low light conditions. The aluminum oxide Thermo-Ficient™ lining reflects up to 70% of body heat, ensuring optimal heat retention. Constructed from heavy-duty, water-repellent, abrasion and tear-resistant 420D nylon shell material for prolonged wear, the coverall includes an overhead shoulder design for freedom of movement, a zipper/storm fly front with a hidden snap closure, and a detachable insulated hood with a knit wind seal and throat guard. Additional features consist of tapered sleeve cuffs with hook and loop take-up straps, one exterior left chest zipper pocket, two lined exterior handwarmer pockets, and a two-section exterior pen pocket located on the upper left sleeve with a clear badge holder. The elasticized rear waist ensures a comfortable fit, while thigh-height zippered side openings with storm flaps facilitate easy on/off access at each leg cuff. The 600D heavy-duty leg cuff guards prevent wear, and the seam construction utilizes double needle stitching for durability, with the hems being single needle stitched. The black material is crafted from 420D PU coated nylon (5.0 oz.), and the coveralls' body, sleeves, and hood are lined with ThermoFicient™ aluminum oxide coated 210T polyester taffeta, filled with 240g/m² fiber fill polyester.
