The Guardian E-Lift tables are equipped with essential safety features typical of the low profile Guardian Series lift tables, enhancing flexibility for tall pallet applications and accommodating operator height differences. This model has a load capacity of 2,200 lbs and is suitable for open bottom pallets, skids, containers, or wire baskets. The center opening measures 28.9", making it ideal for a standard 27" wide pallet truck, while the added center support helps prevent pallet deflection due to the wider center area. Notable features include the ability to load and unload pallets without a loading ramp, compliance with U.S. (ANSI) and EU safety standards, an upper platform with a safety perimeter to prevent descent upon contact, a low-tension (24V) control box with up-down buttons, and an electric circuit reset button for safety perimeter actuation. The external power pack incorporates a relief valve to mitigate overloading, a compensated flow valve for controlled lowering speed, and is supplied with 8' long hoses. Additionally, it includes an upper limit switch, is designed for use with a 27" wide pallet jack, operates on 115 volts single phase, features single acting cylinders with a drainage system, a check valve to prevent descent in case of hose burst, safety clearance between scissors to prevent trapping, mechanical blocks for maintenance safety, self-lubricating bushings on pivot points, and removable lifting eye(s) to facilitate installation of the lift table.
