The Guardian Series lift tables are designed to enhance ergonomic conditions and ensure the health, safety, and comfort of operators while improving productivity. These tables meet and exceed U.S. (ANSI) and European safety standards and can be utilized in both above-floor and in-floor applications. Each table features an aluminum safety bar that prevents descent upon contact with obstructions, a low tension (24V) control box with up-down buttons, and an electric circuit reset button to reactivate the system if the safety perimeter is actuated. They are equipped with an internal power pack that includes a relief flow valve for controlled lowering speed, self-lubricating bushings at pivot points, and single-acting cylinders that halt the lift in the event of a hose burst. Additional safety measures include a safety clearance between scissors to prevent trapping during operation, mechanical block bars for maintenance safety, and a removable lifting eye for easier handling and installation. The standard motor is 1 HP, operating on 115 single-phase voltage.
