The Guardian series represents the ultimate in lift table safety with features that are optional or not available on other lift tables. These lift tables are designed as a work station to provide improved ergonomic conditions, ensuring the health, safety, and comfort of the operator, alongside enhanced productivity. All Guardian series lift tables meet and exceed both U.S. (ANSI) and European safety standards for lift tables. They can be used in above-floor or in-floor applications. Key features include an aluminum safety bar that prevents descent on contact with obstructions, a low tension (24V) control box equipped with up-down buttons, and an electric circuit reset button that activates if the safety perimeter is actuated. The internal power pack comes with a relief flow valve for controlled lowering speed, while self-lubricating bushings on pivot points enhance durability. Single acting cylinders are employed to stop the lift table from lowering in the event of a hose burst, and safety clearance between scissors is provided to prevent trapping during operation. Additionally, mechanical block bars are included for safety maintenance operations, and a removable lifting eye facilitates handling and installation. The standard motor specifications are 1 HP with a 115 single phase voltage.
