The Guardian Series lift tables are engineered to enhance workplace safety and ergonomics while boosting operator productivity. This series includes a range of key features designed to meet and exceed U.S. (ANSI) and European safety standards for lift tables. The tables are equipped with an aluminum safety bar that prevents descent upon contact with any obstruction, a low tension (24V) control box with up and down buttons, and an electric circuit reset button to address safety perimeter activation. The internal power pack includes a relief flow valve for regulated lowering speed, while self-lubricating bushings on pivot points ensure smooth operation. Single acting cylinders are incorporated to halt descent in the event of a hose burst, and safety clearance between the scissors design prevents trapping during use. Additional safety features include mechanical block bars for maintenance operations and a removable lifting eye for ease of handling and installation. The lift tables are powered by a standard motor rated at 1 HP and designed for 115 single phase voltage.
