The Guardian Series lift tables are engineered to enhance workplace ergonomics and safety, featuring an aluminum safety bar that halts descent upon contact with obstacles, a low-tension (24V) control box with up-down buttons, and an electric circuit reset button that activates when the safety perimeter is triggered. The internal power pack is designed with a relief flow valve to ensure controlled lowering speed, while self-lubricating bushings on pivot points and single-acting cylinders provide additional safety measures by preventing the lift table from lowering in the event of a hose burst. Other safety features include a safety clearance between scissors to avoid trapping during operation, mechanical block bars for maintenance safety, and a removable lifting eye for easier handling and installation. The standard motor specification is 1 HP, operating at 115 volts in a single-phase system. All Guardian Series lift tables comply with U.S. (ANSI) and European safety standards, making them suitable for both above-floor and in-floor applications.
