The Guardian Series lift tables are engineered for optimal safety and ergonomic functionality, designed to enhance operator comfort while improving productivity. These tables include an aluminum safety bar to prevent descent upon contact with obstructions, a low tension (24V) control box featuring up-down buttons, and an electric circuit reset button that activates if the safety perimeter is engaged. The internal power pack is equipped with a relief flow valve to control lowering speed, and self-lubricating bushings are installed on pivot points to minimize friction. Single acting cylinders ensure that the lift table ceases lowering in the event of a hose burst, while safety clearance between the scissors mechanism reduces the risk of trapping during operation. Additionally, mechanical block bars are in place for safe maintenance operations, and a removable lifting eye facilitates handling and installation of the lift table. The standard motor offers a power output of 1 HP, operating at 115 volts single phase. The Guardian Series lift tables meet and exceed both U.S. (ANSI) and European safety standards, making them suitable for above-floor or in-floor applications.
