The Guardian series lift tables provide optimal safety and ergonomic functionality for operators while enhancing productivity. They are designed to meet and exceed U.S. (ANSI) and European safety standards, making them suitable for both above-floor and in-floor applications. Key features include an aluminum safety bar that prevents descent upon contact with obstructions, a low tension (24V) control box with up-down buttons, and an electric circuit reset button for safety perimeter activation. The lift tables come with an internal power pack that includes a relief flow valve to manage lowering speed, self-lubricating bushings on pivot points, and single acting cylinders that halt motion in the event of a hose burst. Additional safety measures consist of a safety clearance between scissors to avoid trapping during operation, mechanical block bars for maintenance safety, and a removable lifting eye to assist with handling and installation. The standard motor is 1 HP, operating at 115 single phase voltage, ensuring reliable performance.
