The Lift-N-Spin is designed with a lowered height of only 4.25", allowing it to be loaded with manual or electric pallet trucks via an exclusive auto-transition plate that provides a smooth surface from the ramp to the rotating top. Once the lift is raised 1/4", the plate automatically lowers to enable spinning of the top, and when fully lowered, the plate raises again for smooth loading of the next pallet. With a raised height of 35", the Lift-N-Spin is ideal for work positioning applications, and its rotating top eliminates the need to walk around or reach across. The unit is powered by a remote power unit featuring a 1 HP motor that combines efficient performance with quiet operation. It includes a three-button control box operating on 115 volts single phase with a 20 amp circuit, while a 230/460 three-phase option is available. The equipment meets and exceeds both U.S. (ANSI) and European safety standards and incorporates a range of features such as an upper platform safety perimeter bar, electric circuit reset button, low-tension (24V) control box with up-down buttons, and an external power pack equipped with a relief valve. Additional safety features include a compensated flow valve for controlling lowering speed, mechanical blocks for maintenance, an upper limit switch, single acting cylinders with a drainage system and check valve, safety clearance between scissors to prevent trapping during operation, self-lubricating bushings on pivot points, and removable lifting eyes for easy handling and installation.
