The Max-Double Long is designed for applications requiring long load handling and features a double scissor lift system integrated into a single frame assembly, enhancing edge, side, and maximum load capacities through the addition of scissor arms. This system accommodates tops ranging from 8 to 16 feet, with custom lengths and widths also available. It is equipped with an internally mounted 1.5 HP 115/230V-I-60 or 230/460-3-60 intermittent duty TENV Super Torque motor and operates on a 115V control voltage. The control system includes a NEMA constant pressure magnet-backed up-down push button control station with a 10' straight or coiled cord, and all controller components comply with UL and/or CSA specifications. Safety features include cylinders with internal stops, integral safety restraint maintenance bars, and a smooth steel top with yellow and black safety strips. The hydraulic system comprises hard, chrome plated piston rods, S.A.E. hoses and fittings, an internal gear pump with check valve, relief valve, and solenoid valve, and comes complete with hydraulic oil and a filter. The control box is prewired with NEMA - 1 components, including a contactor, control transformer, thermal overload protection, and fuse, while the setup includes a 10' power cord (connector not included) and surfaces finished in safety yellow and blue enamel.
