Max-Tilt tables are engineered for applications that benefit from tilting the load for improved access, available in configurations that offer either a 45° or 90° tilt. The tables utilize electric hydraulic mechanisms, with 45° models powered upwards and gravity-assisted downwards, while the 90° models feature double-acting cylinders, allowing powered movement in both directions. With load capacities ranging from 2,000 to 6,000 lbs., the Max-Tilt series is suitable for a wide variety of uses. Each unit is equipped with a 5 HP triple duty internal motor, regreasable Zerk fittings on pivot points, and a ribbed steel reinforced platform deck. The tables accommodate both 115/230 single-phase or 230/460 three-phase voltage, requiring a 30 amp dedicated circuit for 115 volt operation. Additional specifications include a 10' power cord (connector not included), hydraulic gear pump, check and solenoid valve, filter, and velocity fuse. The tables feature a yellow top with a blue frame, a tilt limit switch, a push button magnetic back control box, a smooth steel deck with a 4" high lip on the hinge end, and a high-quality chrome plated cylinder. The control box contains a magnetic starter transformer as well as thermal overload protection and fuses, and the design allows for surface or lift table mounting.
