The Max-Double Long is designed for applications involving long loads, featuring a robust two scissor lift system integrated into a single frame assembly to prevent damage and ensure safety. The platform dimensions range from 8 to 16 feet, with options for custom lengths and widths. This system is powered by an internally mounted 1.5 HP 115/230V-I-60 or 230/460-3-60 intermittent duty TENV Super Torque motor, with a 115V operating control voltage. The unit includes a NEMA constant pressure magnet backed up-down push button control station equipped with a 10' straight or coiled cord. All controller components comply with UL and/or CSA specifications. It features cylinders with internal stops, a 10' power cord (connector not included), integral safety restraint maintenance bars, and S.A.E. hoses and fittings. The prewired controls and electrical connectors are NEMA - 1 rated, and the control box contains a contactor, control transformer, thermal overload, and fuse. The hydraulic cylinder piston rods are hard, chrome plated, and polished, while surfaces are degreased, descaled, and finished in safety yellow and blue enamel. The smooth steel top is marked with yellow and black safety strips, and the internal gear pump includes a check valve, relief valve, and solenoid valve. The kit also includes hydraulic oil and filter.
