Max-Tilt tables are engineered for applications where tilting the load enhances product access. The tables are available in 45° and 90° tilt options, with the 45° models powered up and gravity down, while the 90° models are powered both up and down utilizing double acting cylinders. With a weight capacity ranging from 2,000 to 6,000 lbs, the Max-Tilt series is versatile enough to meet most requirements. Each unit features a 1.5 HP triple duty internal motor, regreasable Zerk fittings on pivot points, and a ribbed steel reinforced platform deck. The tables operate on either 115/230 single phase or 230/460 three-phase voltage, requiring a 30 amp dedicated circuit for 115 volts. A 10-foot power cord is included, though the connector is not. Additional specifications include a hydraulic gear pump, check and solenoid valve, filter, velocity fuse, a yellow top with a blue frame, a tilt limit switch, and a push button magnetic back control box. The smooth steel deck includes a 4" high lip on the hinge end, complemented by a high-quality chrome plated cylinder. The control box incorporates a magnetic starter transformer, thermal overload, and fuses, and the design allows for surface or lift table mounting.
