The Max-Lift scissor lift table is designed to enhance productivity while minimizing the risk of back injuries by keeping the workload at an ergonomic height. It offers a lifting capacity ranging from 2,000 to 6,000 lb, with a vertical travel range of 24" to 60" suitable for various applications. This lift table features Zerk fittings on cam rollers and pivot points for easy servicing, and a 15-minute intermittent duty motor that can operate for up to 15 minutes each hour, making it ideal for medium and high-cycle operations. It includes captured 'Lift-Lok' trapped rollers for easy maintenance, Teflon seals that extend cylinder life and improve stroke speeds, and an internally mounted 1.5 HP 230/460-3-60 intermittent duty TENV Super Torque motor. The lift table operates with a 115V control voltage and features a magnet backed up-down push button control station with a 10' power cord (connector not included), as well as cylinders with internal stops and integral safety restraint maintenance bars. Other specifications include S.A.E. hoses and fittings, NEMA - 1 prewired controls with a control box containing a contactor, control transformer, thermal overload, and fuse, hard chrome plated hydraulic cylinder piston rods, and a smooth steel top with safety strips. An internal gear pump with check valve, relief valve, and solenoid valve is included, and the kit comes complete with hydraulic oil.
