The Max-Lift is a superior scissors lift table designed to enhance productivity and reduce the risk of back injuries by keeping the workload at an ergonomic height. It is available in a capacity range of 2,000 to 6,000 lb and features a vertical travel range from 24" to 60", making it suitable for various applications. This lift table includes Zerk fittings on cam rollers and pivot points that are re-greasable, a 15-minute intermittent duty motor suitable for medium and high cycle applications, and trapped rollers with 'Lift-Lok' technology for easy maintenance access. It is equipped with Teflon seals that extend cylinder life and enhance stroke speeds, along with an internally mounted 1.5 HP 230/460-3-60 intermittent duty TENV super torque motor. The system operates on a 115V control voltage and features a NEMA constant pressure magnet-backed up-down push button control station with a 10' power cord. Additional specifications include cylinders with internal stops, integral safety restraint maintenance bars, S.A.E. hoses and fittings, and prewired NEMA-1 controls. The control box is fitted with a contactor, control transformer, thermal overload protection, and fuse. The hydraulic components feature hard chrome plated polished shafting, and the surfaces are finished with safety yellow and blue enamel, while the smooth steel top is accented with yellow and black safety strips. The system also incorporates an internal gear pump with check, relief, and solenoid valves and comes complete with hydraulic oil.
