The Max-Lift is a versatile scissors lift table designed to reduce awkward bending and lifting by keeping the workload at the correct level, thereby minimizing the risk of back injuries and enhancing productivity. This superior lift table is available in a capacity range of 2,000 to 6,000 lb, with a vertical travel range of 24" to 60" suitable for various applications. Key features include Zerk fittings on camroller and pivot points for easy servicing, a 15-minute intermittent duty motor capable of running for 15 minutes every hour, and trapped rollers that secure top and base leg rollers while allowing for maintenance access. It also boasts Teflon seals for extended cylinder life, a powerful internally mounted 1.5 HP 230/460-3-60 motor, and a control voltage of 115V with NEMA constant pressure controls. The system is equipped with internal stops on the cylinders, integral safety restraint maintenance bars, high-quality S.A.E. hoses and fittings, and prewired controls housed in a NEMA-1 control box featuring a contactor, control transformer, thermal overload, and fuse.
