The Max-Lift scissor lift table is designed for efficiency and safety, featuring a capacity range of 2,000 to 6,000 lb and a vertical travel range of 24" to 60", making it suitable for various applications. It incorporates Zerk fittings on cam rollers and pivot points for easy servicing, as well as a 15-minute intermittent duty motor that can operate for 15 minutes of every hour, ideal for medium and high cycle applications. The design includes trapped rollers secured by the 'Lift-Lok' system for maintenance accessibility, Teflon seals that extend cylinder life by reducing friction, and a robust 1.5 HP 230/460-3-60 intermittent duty TENV super torque motor. The control system operates at 115V with NEMA constant pressure, featuring a magnet-backed up-down push button control station with a 10' power cord. Additional specifications include cylinders with internal stops, integral safety restraint maintenance bars, S.A.E. hoses and fittings, and prewired NEMA-1 controls within the control box, which houses a contactor, control transformer, thermal overload, and fuse. The hydraulic system features hard chrome plated piston rods, and the surfaces are finished in safety yellow and blue enamel, complemented by a smooth steel top with yellow and black safety strips. The internal gear pump is equipped with a check valve, relief valve, and solenoid valve and includes hydraulic oil.
