The Max-Lift scissor lift table is designed to reduce awkward bending and lifting by maintaining the work load at the correct level, thereby decreasing the risk of back injuries and enhancing productivity. It offers a capacity range of 2,000 to 6,000 lb and a vertical travel range from 24" to 60", making it suitable for a variety of applications. Key features include Zerk fittings on cam rollers and pivot points for easy maintenance, a 15-minute intermittent duty motor capable of operating for 15 minutes every hour, and trapped rollers for secure maintenance access. The lift is equipped with Teflon seals that minimize friction and wear, resulting in faster stroke speeds and high chemical resistance. It has an internally mounted 1.5 HP 230/460-3-60 intermittent duty TENV super torque motor and operates on a 115V control voltage. The control station features a magnet-backed up-down push button with a 10' power cord, while the system includes cylinders with internal stops and integral safety restraint maintenance bars. S.A.E. hoses, NEMA-1 prewired controls, and hard chrome plated hydraulic cylinder piston rods are also standard. The surfaces are finished with safety yellow and blue enamel, and the lift features a smooth steel top with safety strips. An internal gear pump with check and relief valves, along with hydraulic oil, is included to ensure efficient operation.
